2. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions require an advance payment to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Photography & Image Usage

• She Baby Studio retains the copyright to all images taken during a session.
• Clients receive personal usage rights but may not resell or use the images for commercial purposes without permission.
• By booking a session, you grant She Baby Studio permission to use selected images for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Third-Party Images Disclaimer

• Some images displayed on our website and social media, especially those used for inspiration, may be sourced from Pinterest and other external platforms.
• These images are used solely for reference and do not belong to She Baby Studio.
• If you are the rightful owner of any image and would like it removed, please contact us.

5. Liability & Refunds

• We strive to provide the best experience, but She Baby Studio is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or external disruptions.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases where services cannot be provided due to studio-related issues.
